About Noodlepig Ramen and Boba Tea Shop

NOODLEPIG is a laid-back local ramen shop serving inventive bowls built from the ground up. Unlike most ramen shops, NOODLEPIG makes its noodles fresh in-house daily and takes the time to craft nutrient-rich broths, oils, and sauces completely from scratch using high-end, fresh ingredients. The menu balances traditional Japanese flavors with playful fusion twists, alongside small Japanese dishes like gyoza, the fan-favorite J-Dog, and what many call the best fried chicken in town. Multiple-time winner of Best Fries in GR and voted Best Ramen by GRKids, NOODLEPIG also offers gluten-free and vegan options, a selective bar featuring beer, wine, sake, seltzers, and signature β€œboozy boba” cocktails. Open seven days a week from noon to 10 p.m.

I recently visited Noodlepig Ramen and Boba Tea Shop and had a really enjoyable meal. Even though they're well known for ramen and boba, I decided to try the pho, and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The restaurant had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. The pho arrived hot and beautifully presented. The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of flavor, tasting like it had been simmered for hours. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the meat was tender, and the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime added the perfect finishing touch. I also ordered a boba tea, which paired surprisingly well with the meal. The drink was refreshing, and the boba pearls were soft and chewy. Overall, I was impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and offered generous portions at a reasonable price. Whether you're in the mood for pho, ramen, or a refreshing boba tea, Noodlepig Ramen and Boba Tea Shop is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back to try more of the menu.

We came in around Thursday noon for lunch, no wait, order and grab a table to seat down. This is a somewhat self serve service restaurant, you get your own chopsticks and wait for your order, pick up at the counter, then clean up your bowls and table at the end, friendly staffs. I am really glad they had vegan option for miso tofu ramen, I like mine savory so I asked for more salt on a side. It is very delicious. My husband loves his gyoza side dishes and got pork belly shoyu ramen, he said its more on a savory side so if you don’t like it savory, you can ask for less salty, or less soya sauce.

Noodle Pig was amazing! The food was delicious, the milk tea was so good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. My little pink pig came with me this time, and we both had a wonderful visit! πŸ·πŸ’• We’ll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of service at this spot. It’s a semi self serve restaurant where you walk up and place your order and then they call out your order when it’s complete. The miso ramen and coconut Thai curry ramen were impeccable and full of flavor. It would have been nice to have some increased spice, but overall the flavors melted well together. We also got their house made fries with spicy mayo, however these were quite lackluster in comparison to the ramen. Don’t recommend the fries. I highly recommend the ramen! Add shrimp tempura for an extra crunch

The Zessan is WOWSA! So much flavor packed into a creamy broth with ramen noods. We also tried the Chicken Sando XL with a side of their signature fries and butter noods. The butter noods were pretty fantastic, think Japanese Alfredo with lemongrass hints! The chicken Sando was good, but I felt the amount of meat or size of the sandwich was not commensurate with a steep $13 price tag. I didn’t taste the meat as much as I tasted bun -and I couldn’t taste the sauce at all. The star was those fries! Wowsa! I'm going to see them in my dreams! The employees were great, the atmosphere was clean and bright, and I loved the emphasis on eco responsibility. Lastly, check the prices of beverages before you order. Unless we were overcharged, a fountain pop is $4.50-5ish. It was a regular-sized cup of Diet Coke, nothing fancy or jumbo. I probably would’ve passed had I known. I've heard they have the best fried chicken in GR... we will be back to try the Karaage! And to get more fries!
